Chicken & Dumpling Soup with Chorizo and Black Beans
WAAAAY TOO HUNGOVER TO WRITE a whole post—all those words!—but I did have just enough composure to run to the supermarket for some chicken breasts and drumsticks, and, throwing in an unused can of black beans from this dish, made this delicious dish (I’ve already eaten two bowls).
Lucky enough, I made enough to enjoy for the whole day, since I don’t see myself leaving my apartment—or my bed—for the next 24 hours…!
