Sriracha-Honey-Garlic-Ginger Chicken Wings

ALTHOUGH I’M TRYING TO GET enough real client work done today to run down to Soho to try a Sicilian slice from friends-recommended Ben’ Pizza, after two day of pizza from five different places (celebrating National Pizza Week), I decided to keep myself system from having future pizza adversity by switching up the food options.

So I defrosted so chicken wings, seasoned them with salt and pepper, dredged them in flour that I seasoned with ground ginger and chili powder, fried them and tossed them in a sauce made with sriracha sauce, honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and lemon juice.

This should tide me over for a couple of hours….
